Yamaha used to make an electronic gadget that allowed you to program chord
changes into it. As I recall it had its own speaker but you could plug it into
an amp. I think the chords could be entered on the small piano keyboard or by
name: C7 G9 or whatever. Don't know if it is still around.
Some electronic keyboard have one-touch chords and memory -- so you could
play a series of chords with one finger and save it.
